Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)

We are seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician (BT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). BTs work directly with individuals with autism and related behavioral challenges, implementing behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). $19.00/hr – $25.00/hr

• Deliver one‑on‑one in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement behavioral plans developed by a BCBA/LBA
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor client progress
• Maintain detailed session notes and records
• Collaborate with the therapy team (BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians)
• Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively with families and supervisors

• Minimum education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year working with children or in a related field
• Related roles include:
  Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher/Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Autism Aide, ABA Therapist, Childcare Specialist, Daycare Worker, Direct Care Worker, etc.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws

• Part‑time: 15–30 hours per week
• Must be available after school hours and/or weekends
• Most sessions begin after 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

• Flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules
• Sign‑on bonus of up to $250
• Multiple openings across all five boroughs
