Stretch Specialist at Life Time Inc.

PT-Stretch Specialists help members live happier, healthier lives by building relationships and providing branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, ensuring a positive member experience that upholds the Life Time Brand.

• Develop and lead safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques such as PNF and contract‑relax stretching.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hyper‑volt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Engage in all required training associated with the role.
• Conduct stretch and recovery demos for new clients, including pre‑participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance, ensuring safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and personal training services.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintain current certifications, trends, credentials, and continuing education.
• Deliver superior customer service, fostering member confidence.
• Document all aspects of client programming.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of a class and lift up to 50 lbs.

• At least 1 year of personal training experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or related field.
• Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar).

Commission between 10% and 65% depending on product and productivity, with a weekly minimum pay of at least applicable minimum wage.
