CNA Per Diem – Hospital Experience Preferred

Alvita Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in New York for per diem bedside care. Hospital shift work or bedside experience is preferred.

• Must have a valid CNA certificate in the state of New York
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem schedule options available
• 8–12 hour day and night shifts
• Monday–Friday availability preferred; weekends a plus
• Experience in Memory Care, Palliative Care, ADL, and transfers is a plus
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check)

• Subject to one-year employment and 1,560 hours worked (30 hours/week average) or 1,000 hours worked (20 hours/week average)
