Overview
A company that operates multiple healthcare facilities is seeking a Medical Practice Manager to oversee the staff and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice. This role does not require a medical background but does require strong operational management experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and manage operational processes to improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and manage the practice staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
- Address staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Financial & Budget Management
- Manage the practice's budget, including financial reporting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that the practice operates within budget and achieves financial goals.
- Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Monitor the quality of care and patient satisfaction, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Patient & Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a high standard of care.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budget management, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus, but not required.
