Physician Assistant - Surgery​/Breast

Opportunity Details

The position of the Physician Assistant consists of providing advanced evidence‑based care and treatment to patients including but not limited to the following:

• Performing history and physical examinations.
• Ordering diagnostic tests based on assessments.
• Developing treatment plans.
• Prescribing drugs and other therapies.
• Making referrals as necessary.
• Documenting findings in the electronic medical record.
• Consulting with supervising medical provider when appropriate.
• Counseling patients and families regarding care.
• Reviewing and responding to referrals from within and outside the clinic.

• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
• Current certification issued by the NCCPA.
• Must have proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be ACLS/BLS certified.

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on a 40‑hour work week and years of State Licensure.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
