Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, N.Y., a community‑governed non‑profit organization, is seeking a dedicated Imaging Receptionist to join our team. As a member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring excellent communication, and supporting our medical team. • Greet patients and their families in a warm and welcoming manner, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Verify patient information, prepare charts and medical records, and maintain accurate records
• Schedule appointments, exams, and procedures, and ensure timely and efficient patient flow
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Imaging Department
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Previous experience in medical office and/or reception. Imaging experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance billing procedures
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
