Base Pay Range$24.00/hour - $24.00/hour
LocationNew York, NY – Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care, a 705‑bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and supportive care that enables residents to reach maximal independence in daily activities. Record and report all care provided, and observe and document changes in residents’ appearance, behavior, dietary intake, and other relevant aspects.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to lift residents safely
- Ability to transport residents via stretcher or wheelchair safely
- Computer skills (Microsoft)
