A well-known hospital is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their Radiology team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures using instruments to treat conditions in the body.
• Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment, administer contrast dyes, and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid license and current registration to practice Diagnostic Radiography as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the NYSDOH (can be obtained after the offer)
• Eligible for Advanced Certifications from ARRT (only one required): ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology, ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology, ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology
• Associates degree from a Radiologic Technology program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum one year of experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty, and stenting
