Base pay range: $45,750.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at an Adult Day Care Center.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Encourage participation in activities and exercises designed to enhance physical and emotional well-being
• Monitor and document clients  health and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with all safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with other care staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each client
• Participate in staff meetings and training to contribute to ongoing professional development

• Preferred language:
  Russian, Persian, Turkish
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program is required
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience working in adult day care, nursing home, or similar environments is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle the demands of a busy care center
• Strong observational skills and the ability to respond promptly to client needs
