The role involves coordinating medical support services and serving as the main point of contact for office activities, ensuring inquiries are addressed within established guidelines.

• Coordinate medical support services and serve as the main point of contact for office activities, ensuring inquiries are addressed within established guidelines.
• Provide scheduling oversight and perform receptionist duties when needed.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and manage related documentation.
• Take vitals, order imaging services, and manage electronic medical records (EMR).
• Assist patients with transportation and financial support applications.
• Communicate with doctors and therapists during treatments.
• Perform EOB postings.

• Professional demeanor, strong organization, and detail orientation.
• EMR experience and computer literacy.
• Calendar management and financial literacy.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive under pressure; team spirit.
• Cancer registry experience is a plus.
