This full‑time position is located rick’s Home Rehabilitation and Health Care, a faith‑based skilled nursing facility in the Bronx. The day shift pays $24.30 per hour; the evening/night shift pays $26.73 per hour (10% differential).

$24.30/hr (day) – $26.73/hr (evening/night).

• Available for a full‑time position.
• Observe residents.
• Report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with residents’ personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep the residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current NY State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
