As a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional
, you will provide care to client employees and their dependents (ages 10 and up) at our Health Center in East Aurora, NY
. The schedule for this role is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;
Tuesday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Use a strengths‑based approach to support patient well‑being
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Apply evidence‑based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
• Enter data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or an equivalent field of study
• Licensed mental health clinician credentials including: LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LCPC
• Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) certification obtained within 12 months of hire
• 4+ years of experience in the field or a related area
• Prior counseling experience in behavioral mental health treatment (depression, mood disorders, alcoholism, drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationships, grief, loss, etc.)
• Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet diverse needs
• Experience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors
• Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available resources
• Previous clinical experience in integrated behavioral health settings is preferred

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $74,880.00 – $93,600.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
