• Engage with residents to live full, active lives. Promote resident independence.
• Patiently participate with residents and assist as necessary with activities of daily living and medication management.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals who do not meet the skilled‑nursing criteria of a nursing home placement.
• Laundry and resident shower assistance.
• Setting up dining room for breakfast service.
• Minimal shift documentation.
• Communicating observations in daily shift report.

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Sincere desire to work with elderly population.
• Experience with cognitively impaired residents a plus.

Pay Range: $16.70 - $20.36 per hour — Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
