Join Exos as a Massage Therapist - Contractor and help support our clients' well‐being. This is a contractor role that provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of health professionals.
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team. As our new Massage Therapist you will:
- Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet clients’ needs.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments, encouraging repeat business.
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
- Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Applicable education, licensure, and credentials to perform massage therapy.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
Pay is transparent: $24 – $60 per session. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
