A warm, active principal in her late 80s is seeking a discreet, organized, and self‑motivated Live‑In Assistant / Caregiver. The role is based in Palm Beach from December through mid‑June and New York the remainder of the year, with occasional travel to the Hamptons.

This position combines personal assistance, light housekeeping, driving, and household coordination in a private residence.

• Light housekeeping and laundry (weekly deep cleaning provided)
• Wardrobe care, packing and unpacking for travel
• Driving the principal to appointments, errands, and outings
• Running household and personal errands
• Light meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Food and beverage service and kitchen upkeep
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating vendors
• Assisting during travel between residences
• Supporting the chef with events as needed

• Prior experience in a private residence
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving in Florida and New York
• Highly organized, discreet, and proactive
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Flexible and comfortable with seasonal travel
• Must LOVE dogs – Small poodle

• Weekends plus three weekdays
• Two weekdays off (TBD)
• Hours:
  
  9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overnight presence required on days off in case of emergency
