Overview
Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. We provide non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. We offer 24/7 support, competitive pay and benefits, and shifts available in Tioga County, NY.
Responsibilities- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
- No previous experience necessary — skills training provided by Home Instead
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance if driving
