DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) - ADULT DAY PROGRAM

About DDIFor nearly 65 years, DDI (Developmental Disabilities Institute) has been a leading agency providing comprehensive care for over 1,600 children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. DDI’s Direct Service Professionals are the heart of our mission, providing compassionate and individualized support.
The RoleAs a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings. You will foster independence, promote well‑being, and help clients connect with their communities. A valid NYS driver’s license for 18 months with a clean driving history is required; candidates lacking this qualification are offered a starting rate of $19.00 per hour.
