The Program Supervisor supervises the operation of an DOH/OMH program, ensures therapeutic treatment delivery, and compliance with OMH JCAHO and DOH regulations. Provides leadership to team members by providing clinical supervision, presiding at team meetings, conducting Utilization Review activities, and representing the clinic at various hospital wide meetings. Uses sound management skills in hiring and evaluating the performance of all staff members in accordance with the policies of the Human Resource Department.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

• Experience treating mentally ill and substance abusing clients.
• LMSW or RN License Required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
