Nurse Practitioner

• Determine clients' diagnosis and psychiatric needs.
• Prescribe medication and monitor its effects on clients' mental and physical health.
• Provide education, review medication regimens, and consult with clients and staff to manage medication, including injectable forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the treatment team to conduct evaluations, provide psychiatric updates, monitor health, assist with smoking cessation, and intervene during crises.

• Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum two years of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a New York State license.
