Location: New York
A community rehabilitation organization in Queens is seeking a Senior Case Manager/Case Manager to provide case coordination and deliver community rehabilitation services. Key responsibilities include conducting home visits, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and facilitating crisis interventions. Candidates should have a degree in psychology or a related field and experience with adults with serious mental illness is preferred. Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
