Location: New York
Care Counseling Center is a licensed OASAS 822 outpatient substance use treatment program located in Harlem and expanding to Queens. We are enhancing our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and building a structured Suboxone (buprenorphine) program.
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve in a consultative capacity.
This position is ideal for a PMHNP experienced in addiction, mental health, and MAT who wants a flexible and mostly remote consultation role.
Primary Responsibilities- Advise on development and implementation of our Suboxone (buprenorphine) program.
- Strengthen our existing MAT workflows and clinical practices.
- Ensure alignment with OASAS regulatory and clinical standards.
- Provide professional guidance and case consultation to counseling staff.
- Attend occasional in-person site visits (minimal frequency).
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – NYS licensed.
- Experience with MAT and/or buprenorphine treatment strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with OASAS 822 regulations is a strong plus.
