Licensed Respiratory Therapist- Night Shift

As a Licensed Respiratory Therapist
, you would be responsible for patient care, including responsibilities such as continuous ventilation, airway management, emergency care, pulmonary function testing, cardio-respiratory rehabilitation, infection control, isolation procedures and cardio-respiratory drug administration. You would serve as a resource to physicians regarding technical aspects of respiratory care and to hospital staff regarding effective and safe methods of administering respiratory therapy. You would assist patients with airway management and other duties as required.

• Provide continuous ventilation
• Airway management
• Emergency care
• Pulmonary function testing
• Cardio-respiratory rehabilitation
• Infection control and isolation procedures
• Administration of cardio-respiratory medications
• Serve as a resource to physicians and hospital staff regarding technical aspects of respiratory care
• Assist patients with airway management and other duties as required

Night Shift / 12-hour shift

• Must be licensed and registered as a Respiratory Therapist by New York State
