Overview
Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus) – Yonkers, NY. FOX Rehabilitation is growing our team in Yonkers and surrounding locations in NY. This role involves providing 1:1 physical therapy to older adults in the community as part of an Interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults in community and home settings as part of FOX Rehabilitation’s geriatric care model.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes while promoting autonomy and functional independence.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and adjust interventions as needed.
- Manage a flexible schedule to meet patient needs and clinic requirements.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
- Full-time/Part-time – Salaried with benefits
- PRN/Flex – Paid Per Unit

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
