R.N. Supervisor for a 132-bed facility, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility.
We have full and part-time positions available. Evening and night schedules are available. Possibility for 8, 12 or 16-hour shifts. Working with you for a work-life balance.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service in the facility on off shifts, evenings, nights, and some weekends.
- Work involves managing the care of facility residents from admission to discharge.
- To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
- To use independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.
- Manage IV medications, respiratory assessments, and treatments as well as pass medications as needed.
