- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Hours:
36 hours per week - Schedule:
Every other weekend and holiday required - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,780–$1,910 per week
- Active RN license in the state of New York (NY)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an inpatient mental health or psychiatric unit
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- De-Escalation training certification
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR)
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Applicants must not reside in the following NY counties:
Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Albany
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric/mental health setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote patient safety and recovery
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors and ensure a safe environment
- Accurately document patient care and progress using EPIC EMR
- Participate in unit activities, including working every other weekend and holiday as scheduled
