Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds – 437 beds
• Number of Staff – 60
• Type of staff:
  Director, permanent staff, 7-8 RRTs, 3-4 per diem help
• Day Shift – Director, Manager, Supervisor, 8-10 RRT
• Night Shift – Supervisor, 8 – 10 RRT
• Patient Ratios – approximately 44-46 procedures per shift
• Type of equipment – Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V 60, Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABGs, CPT
• EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS, ACLS
• 2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Trauma experience
• Director prefer to only consider candidates with previous Meditech experience

• Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema
