Candidate will be responsible for following up on medical claims including but not limited to follow up on claim submissions, investigating patient accounts, resolving denials, and fielding all incoming correspondence.

Candidate will answer incoming phone calls from patients pertaining to billing, insurance, and payments.

• Follow up on medical claims, including claim submissions, investigating patient accounts, resolving denials, and handling all related correspondence.
• Answer incoming calls from patients regarding billing, insurance, and payments.

• 2-3 years Medical Billing Experience;
  Radiology experience preferred
• Follow-up skills
• Insurance knowledge
• Payment experience
• EPIC knowledge is a plus
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical support in a medical billing setting; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
