Clinician I or II (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) - Bath, NY
Join us at Hillside Family of Agencies as a Clinician I or II. We are offering a $4,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Clinicians.
This is a full‑time position (40 hours) Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional evening work as needed.
As a Hillside Clinician, you will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of quality mental‑health care to the youth and families we serve. Our program works with adolescent males ages 12‑18 in residential care. You will work on a multidisciplinary team, assessing a young person and their family’s needs, and developing, evaluating, and modifying the individual service plan in collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat children, youth, and families.
- Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, in a variety of settings based on client and group needs.
- Provide clinical consultation and training to staff, depending on level of experience.
- Act as the primary contact for the service plan and communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing.
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or a clinically related field.
- Must be licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree.
- Thorough knowledge of services provided, well‑developed advocacy skills, and understanding of payment processes for services.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
- Experience in Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is preferred.

$58,500 Minimum pay rate, $75,570 Maximum pay rate, based on experience.
