Noninvasive Vascular Technologist understands all aspects of vascular disease and performs various types of noninvasive vascular testing with accuracy and analytical skills, in accordance with BHSF and IAC standards. The technologist is responsible for operating laboratory equipment and performing and communicating results of all noninvasive vascular testing to healthcare providers.
ResponsibilitiesOperate laboratory equipment and perform and communicate results of all types of noninvasive vascular testing to other healthcare providers. Maintain a high standard of medical ethics at all times and be self‑motivated to increase understanding and knowledge of vascular diseases as new procedures and applications evolve.
Qualifications- High School, Certificate, GED, Training, Experience.
- Basic Life Support.
- CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer.
- ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist.
- Graduate from an accredited allied health program, preferably with a separate track on cardiovascular ultrasonography.
- Must acquire within 1 year of employment: ARDMS – Registered Vascular Technologist or CCI – Registered Vascular Sonographer.
- Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association.

CompensationEstimated pay range: $41.00 / hour, depending on shift as applicable.
