BC​/BE Nephrologist- Riverhead, NY

Overview

Northwell Health's Division of Nephrology is seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join its thriving nephrology faculty at Peconic Bay Medical Center. We are seeking physicians who will thrive in a dynamic and nurturing environment in an existing Northwell nephrology practice. In addition to working in one of the most sophisticated hospitals on Long Island, the practice also cares for patients in ambulatory offices and outpatient dialysis centers.

The practice interacts with Northwell's main academic campus with opportunities to attend nephrology conferences and educational sessions.

Peconic Bay Medical Center, located in Riverhead, New York, is a 144-bed teaching hospital that is academically affiliated with the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. It is a major regional hospital that offers advanced medical technology including CRRT for nephrology. It provides a comprehensive continuum of inpatient and outpatient services for adults and children.

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
