Urban Health Plan, Inc. – full‑time hybrid position at Vida Guidance Center, Bronx, NY.
Position SummaryA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist will conduct individual and group psychotherapy with adults, children, and families in a hybrid setting.
Minimum Qualifications- Master's Degree in Social Work
- NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with evidence‑based modalities
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting
- Complete documentation in accordance with OMH regulations and monitor treatment plans.
- Provide bio‑psychosocial and clinical diagnostic assessments.
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with assigned patients.
- Maintain and apply clinical theory to help patients overcome dependencies and adjust to life changes.
- Provide counseling to family members and support staff.
- Engage in crisis intervention and refer patients to community resources.
- Consult with medical providers and collaborate on treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical team meetings.
Minimum $85,000 per year;
Maximum $94,000 per year.
