Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Urban Health Plan, Inc. – full‑time hybrid position at Vida Guidance Center, Bronx, NY.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) therapist will conduct individual and group psychotherapy with adults, children, and families in a hybrid setting.

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with evidence‑based modalities
• 2+ years of experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting

• Complete documentation in accordance with OMH regulations and monitor treatment plans.
• Provide bio‑psychosocial and clinical diagnostic assessments.
• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with assigned patients.
• Maintain and apply clinical theory to help patients overcome dependencies and adjust to life changes.
• Provide counseling to family members and support staff.
• Engage in crisis intervention and refer patients to community resources.
• Consult with medical providers and collaborate on treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical team meetings.

Minimum $85,000 per year;
Maximum $94,000 per year.
