Details- Seeking experienced LPN available for per diem shift homecare.
- Primary needs include medication management, geriatric and post‑surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc.).
- Shift work is typically paid at $40/hour.
- We offer a generous referral bonus program. Bring a friend and get paid!
- 8–12 hour day or night shifts.
- New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Active BLS, ALS, ACLS, CPR, or PALS certification.
- Experience in home health care is preferred. If this job does not interest you, reach out as we may have other cases that fit your experience and location needs.
