Overview

Spine Search is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Care Coordinator to join our high-volume spine practice. This role serves as a critical liaison between providers, the office manager, surgical schedulers, and front desk staff.

This range is provided by Spine Search LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison among medical providers, office management, surgical scheduling team, and front desk staff.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across departments to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Monitor and help streamline patient flow and clinical processes.
  • Perform phone triage for spine patients, using clinical judgment to prioritize care needs.
  • Conduct spine-specific patient intake, including medical history and symptom documentation.
  • Review diagnostic imaging as needed to support providers in care planning.
  • Assist in gathering and preparing relevant clinical documentation prior to provider appointments.
  • Help track patient care plans, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Support pre- and post-operative care coordination in collaboration with surgical schedulers.
  • Assist in quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • Active certification as a Medical Assistant
    , LPN
    , or RN (RN preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a clinical setting, preferably in orthopedics, neurosurgery, or spine care
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and standard office software
