Delivery Lead - Recruitment at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI)

$22/hr - $25/hr

Conducts routine microbiological analyses of environmental monitoring and a variety of clean utility samples using aseptic technique and in compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintains laboratory documentation associated with testing and investigations in areas of assigned responsibility. Analyzes, evaluates, and interprets data, notifying clients of results and assisting to resolve issues, if applicable. Identifies and reports any discrepancies from normal procedures or practices.

Maintains a level of technical knowledge and understanding in the assigned area of responsibility, including use of equipment and instrumentation and the ability to troubleshoot problems, if they occur. Supports the implementation of new methods and equipment/instrumentation by performing required testing in support of validations, qualifications, or suitability testing. Updates and writes new procedures, protocols, and reports, as requested. This position is a team-based role that requires rotating shift work, weekends, holidays and overtime.

• Knowledge of aseptic technique, environmental monitoring, and microbiological quality control testing and procedures
• Excellent manual dexterity and aseptic technique
• Ability to complete sampling or testing assignments in a timely and compliant manner, with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform limited interpretation of data
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and complete them in a timely and compliant manner, with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of cGMPs and compendia testing
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
