• Perform professional hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, lowlights, and creative color applications using advanced color theory principles.
• Deliver expert hair styling services such as cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles tailored to each client's preferences.
• Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients' natural beauty.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring a safe environment for all clients.
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling retail products like hair care and nail care items.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in store management duties to foster a collaborative team environment.

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling and coloring techniques.
• Experience in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and store management procedures.
• Proficiency in salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and retail operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on hair care routines and product usage.
• Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling and inventory management.
• Ability to perform precise hair threading and straight razor techniques when needed.
• A passion for continuous learning in current trends, color theory, and new styling methods.
