• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish, and nail embellishments to meet client preferences.
• Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance routines, and recommended treatments for healthy nails.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment to promote safety.
• Use your knowledge of color theory to recommend complementary shades and innovative designs that suit each client's style.
• Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, understanding client needs, and delivering personalized service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, skincare treatments, and beauty techniques to provide cutting‑edge services.

• Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care or related fields.
• Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician with a portfolio showcasing diverse skills.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon setting.
• Expertise in nail care techniques including acrylics, gels, dip powders, and intricate designs.
• Familiarity with hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and body waxing is a plus.
• Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments or dermabrasion procedures is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and upsell services confidently.
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and retail math to assist clients with product recommendations.
