Silver Mirror is a new facial bar enterprise changing the way the world takes care of their skin. We have two locations in Manhattan (Upper East Side and Flatiron District) and one in Washington, DC. We are seeking NY licensed estheticians passionate about skin, ingredients and out-of-the-box thinking.
Of course, we highly value the knowledge acquired from years working on skin (yay, experience!). But, we also believe that passion is powerful, and we are willing to overlook inexperience in someone who is self-motivated and focused on growing.

Silver Mirror is actively looking for creative, energetic, and talented estheticians to perform high-quality, customized facials at our location on the Upper East Side. With Silver Mirror, you are joining a dynamic work environment with long-term growth potential and strong earnings opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesAs an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze, consult and perform high-quality facials in a professional and comfortable setting
- Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
- Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
- Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives
- Execute services to Silver Mirror standards
- Valid and current NY state Esthetician license
- Minimum of one (1) year of spa or salon experience
- Positive, enthusiastic, personable attitude and passionate about skincare
- Deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare and products
- Consistently delivers remarkable customer service
- Able to utilize new techniques and ideas
- Able to work under pressure with performance goals and sales requirements
- Schedule flexibility required including nights and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
