The Assistant Salon Manager plays a key role in the daily operations and overall success of the salon. This position supports the Salon Manager and leadership team while ensuring every client receives the exceptional Napp Star Experience at each visit. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced salon environment.

DescriptionQualifications & Requirements- Punctual
- 1–2 years of leadership experience
- Positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable using salon software and technology
- Ability to multitask
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Salon Experience is a plus
- Comb Retwist
- Shampoo services & treatments
- Simple Loc Styling
- Consultations
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour + 10% commission on your service sales
- Health Insurance (eligible after 90 days for full time)
- Time Off:
