Hair Stylist

Join our team as a talented and licensed Hair Stylist and Colorist, offering a range of hair care services including styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments. We are particularly seeking individuals with a strong existing clientele.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied with their hair.
• Provide exceptional technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively to build lasting client relationships.

We offer flexible compensation options, including hourly pay ranging from $40.00 to $80.00 per hour
, or commission rates from 35% to 55% for those with an established client base. Employment options include both independent contractor (1099) and employee (W2) roles, with full-time, part-time, and contract positions available.

• Valid cosmetology license is necessary.
• Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, and advanced coloring techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various hair care techniques and products.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Prior experience as a Hairstylist is preferred.
