The Esthetician is a licensed professional responsible for delivering the signature Glowbar facial within the 30‑minute treatment time. As a product and ingredient expert, you inspire clients to feel confident in their skin through personalized care and education. You create tailored treatment plans, build lasting client relationships, and guide clients toward membership. Communication, hospitality, and education are at the core of the role, while teamwork and adherence to time‑keeping and safety standards are essential.

• Arrive before each shift and positively engage with every client
• Provide a strict 30‑minute Glowbar facial
• Manage correct Glowbar product usage and replenish as needed
• Provide each client with a treatment plan and product recommendations
• Encourage clients to rebook and become members
• Clean the treatment room using sanitation standards before and after each client
• Assist with studio cleaning and back‑of‑house duties as needed
• Act as a front‑desk resource during times of need
• Represent Glowbar with professionalism, personality, and education

• Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Valid (temporary or permanent) Esthetics License
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a busy spa/salon
• Consistently achieves $1,000+ in monthly product sales
• Passion for hospitality, skincare, and client care
• Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, and varied weekday shifts
  • Full‑Time: 5 days open availability (including both weekend days)
  • Part‑Time: 3 days open availability (including one weekend day)
  • Weekend Only:
    Saturday & Sunday availability every week
• Knowledge of salon/spa standards, policies, and procedures
• Forward‑thinking problem solver with compassion for clients and teammates
• Enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and continuous learning

• Established clientele

• Frequent standing, walking, and movement during shift
• Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds)
• Climbing stairs during shift operations
• Remaining mobile and on feet for full shift duration (shift lengths may vary)
• Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, especially in laundry or supply areas
• Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning
• Required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to support client demand
