Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., ADA, MWBE, ISO, MAP-21) in major public infrastructure programs. You will support contract compliance audits, reporting frameworks, and document reviews to maintain the integrity and transparency of large-scale transit and IT modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report compliance with ADA, ISO 9001, MWBE goals, and MAP-21 standards.
  • Conduct document audits and internal compliance reviews.
  • Prepare regulatory filings and generate compliance reports for oversight agencies.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and quality teams to address compliance risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits, investigations, and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Law, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public sector or transit-related compliance.
  • Familiarity with government contracting standards and reporting processes.
Skills
  • Regulatory research and analysis
  • Documentation auditing and control
  • Familiarity with DBE/MBE tracking systems
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Collaborative problem-solving across cross-functional teams
Certifications (Preferred)
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • ISO 9001 Auditor Certification
  • ADA Coordinator Training Certification
Benefits

Duration:
Up to 10 years (Government Project)

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
