Position Overview The Treasury Operations Associate will manage the execution and infrastructure supporting fund-level cash movements across private investment vehicles. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, banking infrastructure, and product development, ensuring that capital calls, distributions, and payments are executed accurately and efficiently while helping automate operational workflows.This is a highly visible role within a fast-growing platform that is modernizing the operational infrastructure supporting private markets investment firms.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end treasury payments including ACH, wires, and FX transactions
- Support capital activity including capital calls, investor distributions, and fund-level payments
- Establish and maintain banking infrastructure and account connectivity for client entities
- Partner with onboarding teams to open and configure new client bank accounts
- Ensure transaction data flows accurately into internal systems and reporting platforms
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate manual workflows
- Serve as a point of contact for treasury-related inquiries from investment managers and finance teams
- Validate payment instructions and maintain strong operational controls and compliance documentation
- Maintain audit-ready documentation including banking validations and vendor records
- Support treasury data analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients
- Document workflows and build scalable processes to support platform growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in treasury operations, fund operations, banking operations, or fund administration
- Familiarity with payment processing, banking infrastructure, or cash management workflows
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume financial transactions accurately
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Interest in fintech, private markets infrastructure, or investment operations
