• Advises startups and emerging companies of all sizes
• Represents venture capital partners and institutional investors that finance the entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Advises clients from formation through equity and growth financings, public offerings, and beyond
• Combines a global platform with experience in innovation industries including technology, biotechnology and life sciences, and next-generation manufacturing
• Provides tailored, cost-conscious company formation services and early-stage strategic counsel
• Scales to handle complex challenges and provides practical commercial advice aligned with business objectives
• Present in key US and global venture and growth capital hubs including the Bay Area, Austin, Boston, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore
• Advises on hundreds of emerging company financings totaling billions of dollars annually
• Works with venture capital and growth equity firms across financing structures including angel and seed investments, structured debt, and equity solutions
• Draws on capital markets and M&A capabilities to position clients for liquidity events
• Advises on direct listings and deSPAC transactions
• Operates with a multidisciplinary and collaborative global platform to support client growth

• Seeks a highly qualified associate
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets
• Associate class: 4th through 7th year
