• Develop and prepare annual expense plans and reforecasts, providing insights into financial narratives
• Collaborate with business teams to enhance operational efficiencies aligned with long-term strategic goals
• Support the monthly and quarterly financial expense close process, offering detailed variance explanations
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Group Benefits functions and prepare analyses for business leaders
• Lead planning and analysis for expense-related efficiency projects, including ad-hoc analyses

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant business experience
• 7+ years of financial analysis and planning experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical aptitude and experience in complex environments
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle Planning & Budgeting/Smart View
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively

• Experience in the insurance industry, contributing to a deeper understanding of financial operations
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering new insights
• Strong collaborative skills with a proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge
