• Oversee operational tax activities across federal, state, and local levels, ensuring accurate filings, strong controls, and audit readiness.
• Blend compliance execution, oversight, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvement through technology.
• Strengthen relationships across the organization through sharp analytical skills and precise communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field, with CPA, JD, LLM, or an advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 4–7+ years of progressive U.S. tax operations or compliance experience, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Deep expertise in U.S. corporate and partnership tax compliance and strong knowledge of federal and multi‑state tax rules.
• Exceptional analytical precision, communication skills, and stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical groups.
• Experience in global financial institutions, tax technology, automation tools, and project‑based process improvement.
