Overview
Senior Associate – Consolidations & SEC Reporting
ResponsibilitiesAssist with data collection and cleansing projects to support streamlined loading and analysis of consolidated financial information
Assist with continued onboarding of Genpact resources and transitioning specific tasks to the outsourcing company (including review of SOP documentation from the Knowledge Transfer phase and facilitation of the Guided Production phase of the transition)
Perform initial review of balance sheet analytics prepared by Genpact resources each quarter end
Manage intercompany journal process and serve as first level of contact for questions on journals to be booked by Genpact
Oversee completion of government surveys to be prepared by Genpact resources
Perform initial review of the shareholders’ equity and minority interest work papers prepared by Genpact each quarter end
Help drive innovation and further automation across all consolidation and reporting processes (including maximizing the capabilities of current financial systems such as Workiva and One Stream)
Assist with drafting MD&A and footnotes, including preparation of supporting schedules/analyses
Calculate weighted average shares outstanding for quarterly actuals reporting as well as Outlook and Budget scenarios
Review earnings release and CEO/CFO scripts
Prepare quarterly stock comp uploads, review Fidelity calculations and summarize for actual reporting
Assist with calculating and analyzing stock comp for Outlook and Budget scenarios
Assist with preparing pension budget/actual distributions to the business units
Assist with lease accounting administration
Assist with preparing the annual proxy statement and review of annual ESG report

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000 + Bonus
