A leading middle-market investment bank or advisory firm may seek a Transaction Services Analyst to support clients in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and strategic advisory services

Support financial due diligence for M&A, divestitures, and corporate transactions

Build and maintain financial models
, including 3-statement projections, cash flow analysis, and transaction scenario modeling

Prepare transaction reports, client presentations, and investment memoranda

Assist with data room organization, financial analysis, and deal execution
