Alternative asset manager seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support M&A strategy, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and drive portfolio growth through financial analysis and transaction execution.

Job Description:
  • Support development and execution of the firm’s M&A and corporate growth strategy.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets.
  • Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities across real estate and adjacent sectors.
  • Build financial models and perform valuation analysis for potential transactions.
  • Support due diligence processes across financial, legal, operational, and strategic areas.
  • Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership related to strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
  • Support post-acquisition integration and performance monitoring of portfolio investments.
Requirements /

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures.
  • Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.
