Private Capital Program Managers oversee and coordinate private capital investment programs, ensuring strategic execution, performance monitoring, and alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires collaboration with investment teams, operations, legal, and finance functions to deliver measurable results and optimize investment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee private capital investment programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Track and monitor portfolio performance, fund activities, and investment milestones
- Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics to provide visibility into program performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on deal execution, capital deployment, and fund administration
- Conduct due diligence support, risk assessments, and performance analyses for private capital investments
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, optimize portfolio returns, and enhance reporting processes
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of private capital markets, fund structures, and investment processes
- Experience in program management, portfolio oversight, or investment operations (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, SQL, or financial modeling tools is a plus
