The branch focuses on wholesale banking and investment banking activities
, including syndicated loans and corporate financing. We provide customized financial solutions to global corporations and financial institutions while maintaining a strong market presence.

We are currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Credit Analyst (Assistant Manager ~ Manager) to support credit evaluation and risk management for corporate and syndicated loan portfolios.

Conduct credit analysis and approval processes for syndicated loans and corporate lending transactions.

Analyze financial statements of global corporations and project finance borrowers, including cash flow analysis to evaluate repayment capacity.

Review English credit agreements, analyze collateral structures, and monitor covenant compliance while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Monitor existing credit exposures, review internal credit ratings, and track industry risk concentration.

Prepare internal credit memos and reports in both Korean and English in compliance with internal credit policies.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Fluent in both English and Korean (ability to prepare credit reports in both languages)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields
• Strong financial statement analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• 5+ years of experience in financial institutions
• 3+ years of credit analysis experience
• Experience with Syndicated Loans or Investment Banking deals
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, AICPA

USD $60,000 – $110,000
